Dallas cosmetic surgeon, Dr. Daniel Beck, is proud to specialize in nonsurgical aesthetic treatments, allowing patients to reverse the signs of aging without surgery. His plastic surgery center offers Ultherapy, an advanced rejuvenation treatment that uses ultrasound energy to stimulate the skin by penetrating deep into its support layers, stimulating the production of collagen. The laser allows the body’s own natural healing process to work deep within the layers of tissue to help tighten loose skin on the surface and create a younger, smoother appearance. Ultherapy is commonly used to treat loose skin near the eyebrow, neck and under the chin.
"Dr. Beck is by far the best doctor in Dallas and Southlake. He truly cares about the welfare and happiness of his patients. He is fair, down to earth and easy to communicate. He is a perfectionist in his profession and you will be very happy and satisfied with your results. His expertise is genius knowing exactly what procedure he needs to perform to achieve the most natural appearance, but at the same time remove any flaws you want gone. Please see him for all your cosmetic needs. Anyone considering cosmetic procedures and surgery should see a plastic surgeon (period). You will not be sorry with Dr. Beck."- A.L. / Yelp / Sep 22, 2015
"Dr. Beck is the consummate professional in that his main concern is his Patient's satisfaction, not how fast he can get finished and get to someone else. He wants to make sure there's nothing additional you'd like him to do before he leaves, and he's very sincere and humble when being thanked for a job well done. This is so rare in the medical field, I'm recommending him to everyone I know who might need any type of plastic surgery or just a little Botox. It's a bummer that he isn't a primary care physician instead; that would be fabulous!"- M.B. / Facebook / Sep 22, 2017
"Series of terrifc experiences - Dr. Beck is the professional's professional. Compassionate to one's needs, responsive to even the most simple questions without being condescending, available at the drop of a hat during an emergency without sounding irritated, Dr. Beck is second to none. I only wish all doctors had his manners, his ability to make a patient feel as if he has nothing more pressing to do than answer questions,..."- E. / RealSelf / Sep 22, 2017

Ultherapy is an outpatient procedure that may be performed with topical anesthesia to ease mild warming and prickling sensations. It can be done in a doctor’s clinic and doesn’t last longer than 30 minutes. A handpiece is guided around the areas to be treated as ultrasound waves are emitted. These trigger collagen development, which will gradually result in healthier skin. There will be no pain, and discomfort is limited compared to other laser treatments. In some cases, several treatments may be required for optimal results.
What To Expect
There is a noticeable improvement with the skin’s appearance right after treatment. The actual results will be gradual as collagen multiplies, enhancing the skin structure. Optimal results are evident around the third month. There may be slight redness or swelling after treatment which subsides after a few hours. The patient will experience no downtime, and will be able to go back to normal activities immediately. It is important to set realistic expectations with this approach as it cannot produce the same results as a surgical procedure.
The average cost for a full face treatment is around $3,000. Smaller areas usually cost less. Brows average around $1,500 while lower or mid-face sections run around $2,000. Costs can increase when it comes to the number of treatments needed or if a combination of areas are performed on. Patients should understand several treatments might be required.

Who Should Get It?
Individuals who are averse to surgical cosmetic procedures can benefit the most with Ultherapy. The results will be gradual, but the quality of improvement is significant as the healing starts within the skin. It is the perfect treatment for those who still have a good skin tone but begin to see signs of skin laxity. Most commonly, those who are aged 30 to 40 seek this treatment to slow down aging effects.
Immediate improvement can be readily seen right after treatment; however, optimal results become more noticeable after a few months. The treatment is safe to be repeated especially after 1 year as the positive effects subside.
The number of sessions depends on the patient’s skin condition and aesthetic goals. Most patients who still have a good skin tone can have significant results with a single treatment. For those who show more symptoms of skin aging, several treatments may be needed to produce the wanted results.
